Aim of the game:

In this single-player arcade Grand Prix racer your aim is to win the championship by acquiring more points than your opponents.

Points are gained in 3 races against increasingly fine opponents. Use the Free Practise option to improve your driving skills.

Before you can enter the championship you must gain a grid position by completing 2 qualifying laps.


Featuring three exciting viewpoints:

• 3rd-person, this ‘behind-the-car’ view affords the best view of your position on the track relative to your opponents.
  
  
• 1st-person, this ‘divers’ eye’ view depicts the actual viewpoint from your vehicle and is the best viewpoint for a realistic perspective on the action.
  
  
• Rostrum camera, this roadside view offers tv-style coverage of the racing.

Game play: When driving, stay on the racing line whilst simultaneously selecting the perfect turning and breaking points into each apex to achieve that elusive fastest lap. Avoid other vehicles and stay clear of the rumble strips to avoiding spinning out of control. Refine tire and refuelling strategies and ‘get the jump’ on your opponents.
